On my own personal journey back to optimal health and wellness, I realized that most people in the general public were unaware of the ravages that the stressors of life can do to us, deep in our bodies at the cellular level, only realizing and recognizing problems, often when they are too advanced to implement effective treatments and resulting “cures”.
